Ingredients

  • 300 grams Green Amaranth Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup Raw Peanuts (Moongphali) , roasted
  • 2 Dry red chillies
  • 3 Garlic , cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger , grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • Salt , to taste
  • Mustard oil , for cooking
