  • 50 grams Bermuda grass powder
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • Salt , to taste
  • Black pepper powder , to taste
  • 1 Lemon , juiced

How to make Bermuda Grass Ginger & Pepper Juice

  1. To begin making the Bermuda Grass Ginger and Pepper Juice or the Arugampul juice, collect fresh grass and soak the cut grass in water for a few minutes to remove the dirt, wash it well again and then cut it into small pieces

  2. Add boiled water to it and grind in a blender along with ginger to make a fresh green juice and strain.

  3. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice and pour the Bermuda Grass juice into a serving glass. 

  4. Drink the Bermuda Grass Ginger and Pepper Juice or the Arugampul juice early morning in an empty stomach to get the best results.
