How to make Bharwa Baingan Aur Pyaaz Ki Sabzi Recipe - Roz Ka Khana With Figaro Olive Oil
To begin making the Bharwa Baingan Aur Pyaaz Ki Sabzi recipe, using a mixer grinder or pestle and mortar, grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies into a paste.
Combine the remaining masalas into a mixing bowl along with the ginger garlic paste. Add salt and check the taste and adjust accordingly.
Make 4 slits in the brinjal and stuff the mixture into it. Keep any excess mixture aside, we will use it in the masala.
Heat Figaro Olive oil in a pressure cooker and add the onions. Saute until the onions becomes soft and translucent.
Add the stuffed brinjals (bharwa Baingan), sprinkle salt, add the remaining masala and 1/4 cup of water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles and turn off the heat.
Once done and the pressure has released completely, open the pressure cooker and stir gently. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm.
