Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi Recipe is a simple stir fry of ladies finger and capsicum in freshly grated coconut and Indian spices. We have kept it satvik by not adding onion and garlic in the recipe. It also refers to ayurvedic cooking where they give importance to food that are wholesome and pure.

Ladies finger and capsicum is a rare combination but in this recipe it blends really well when it is stir fried and tossed in with some Indian masala.

Serve the Bhindi & Capsicum Sabzi Recipe along with Tawa Paratha, Dal Palak Recipe (Spinach And Lentil Curry) and Raita of your choice to make it a complete meal.
