Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes (aloo)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green Chillies , slit into halves
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt , or adjust as per your taste

Directions for Bihari Aloo Ki Bhujiya Recipe

  1. To begin making the Bihari Aloo Ki Bhujiya recipe, wash potatoes with water. And cut them into lengthy pieces similar to the one for finger chips. If you don’t prefer to use the skin, peel it and then chop them into pieces

  2. In a non-stick wok, add oil; Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Allow it to splutter.

  3. Now, add green chilies and saute it. Stir in the chopped potatoes and turmeric powder. Season it with salt.

  4. Reduce the flame. Cook until the potatoes are cooked completely. Stir occasionally to prevent them being burnt out.
