How to make Bullseye On Toast Recipe

  1. To begin making the Bullseye on Toast, using a cookie cutter or the lid of a steel jar, make a hole in the center of the bread. Discard the center piece.

  2. Heat a griddle on medium flame, grease it with some butter and place the slice of bread on it.

  3. Gradually. Break an egg in the hole of the bread, sprinkle salt and pepper, reduce the flame and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  4. If you like slightly undercooked eggs, just take it off the griddle and serve it now, if not flip the toast on the other side and allow to cook for 2-4 minutes.
