To begin making Chicken Liver Fry Recipe first wash the chicken liver with some salt and turmeric powder couple of times. Strain and keep the liver aside, there should be no water left in the bowl.
Cut the liver into 1 inch pieces.
Next add oil in a wok or kadai and once hot add curry leaves, slit green chillies and onions. Cook onions, ginger and garlic on medium flame till they start to brown and soften. This will take 4 to 5 minutes.
Once the onions have softened, add in turmeric, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and add the liver.
Saute Chicken liver well and make sure all the masalas coat the liver pieces. Saute till the chicken liver is cooked through. This will take about 10 minutes.
Finally add in the pepper powder and saute the Chicken Liver Fry another minute. Check the salt and spices and adjust according to your taste.
Once done, turn off the heat and transfer the Chicken Liver Fry to a serving bowl and serve hot.
