How to make Chickoo - Sapota Puree Recipe For Babies And Toddlers

  1. To begin making Chickoo Puree, you have to first choose the freshest and ripe fruit. The riper the fruit, more the nutrition. 

  2. Cut the chickoo into 2 halves and using a spoon, scoop out the fleshly insides and place them aside. Do remove the seeds and discard them. 

  3. Add the scooped out chickoo flesh and add it to a small blender. You can alternatively, use the back of a fork to whisk the chickoo flesh into a smooth puree. 

  4. Transfer the Chickoo Puree into a baby bowl. 

  5. Serve this Chickoo Puree to your babies or toddlers from the age of 6 months onwards for a delicious lunch or evening snack.
