Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dessicated Coconut , sweetened
  • 5 to 6 tablespoons Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds , powdered
  • 1/2-1 cup Milk chocolate , or dark chocolate based on your preference, cut into small pieces
  • Olive Oil , or butter, for greasing

  1. To prepare Chocolate Dipped Eggless Coconut Macaroon Recipe, preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.

  2. In a bowl, add condensed milk, shredded coconut, cardamom powder and mix well.

  3. After mixed everything take 1 tablespoon of batter and place it in the greased and dusted baking tray.

  4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the macaroons start to turn brown.

  5. Once they are done remove them from oven and cool for 10-15 minutes.

  6. In a heat safe bowl add chocolate and place it on a pot of boiling water. Stir it till the chocolate gets smooth and glossy.

  7. Dip the macaroons in the chocolate and place them back onto the plate.
