How to make Crispy Corn Chaat Recipe

  1. To begin begin the Crispy Corn Chat Recipe, first keep the oil on a low flame in a deep pan for frying.

  2. Add corn kernels, flour, red chilli powder, amchoor and salt in a mixing bowl and give it a good mix.

  3. Add a tablespoon of water and mix it. The flour should coat the kernels. Add more water if needed. Do not make the mixture watery. Add just enough water to coat the kernels well.

  4. Once the oil is hot, place a sieve inside the oil. Take a tablespoon of corn and scatter it inside the sieve which is inside the oil. Frying it inside the sieve makes it easy to drain.
