  • 3 English Cucumbers , peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Celery , roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Monin’s Cuaracao Triple Sec , (skip if making non-alcoholic)
  • 1-1/2 Lemon , juiced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar , (optional)
  • 1-1/4 cup Chilled water
  • Ice cubes , as needed

  1. To begin The Cucumbertini (Refreshing Cucumber Lemon Drink), take cucumber and celery in a blender. Pour 1/4 cup cold water and blend til it is pureed. Take a sieve and strain the puree.
