How to make Egg Manchurian Recipe
To begin making Egg Manchurian Recipe, heat up oil in a wok and add sliced onion and cook it till it becomes tender.
Next, add garlic, spring onions, green chillies and give it a good stir.
Let it cook on low heat for a couple of minutes and keep stirring in between.
Now add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and salt into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
In the end, add hard boiled eggs and make sure they are properly coated with the Manchurian gravy.
