Keema Ja Bhalla, it is a Sindhi Style Keema Balls in gravy which is absolutely lip smacking. In this curry, the Keema Ja Bhalla, the Keema Balls are flavoured with some ginger and garlic, then combined with an egg and besan, to bring the dumpling together, which is par cooked by first steaming it. These balls are added in the gravy later that is made from onion and tomato.
Along with Keema Ja Bhalla, we have a delicious Bhuga Chawal, in which cooked rice is sauteed along with Browned onions and basic spices. This Rice tastes really well along with other Sindhi Curries and Dals too.
At the end, serve a Sindhi Kheerni along with this meal for dessert. If you like, you can also serve a Raita and salad of your choice with this meal. Pudina Pyaz Kachumber Salad goes really well with this meal.
