This Cheesy, medium thin crust Garlic Crust Veggie Pizza Recipe is loaded with lots of mozzarella cheese and so many colorful veggies, like yellow, green and red bell peppers, Baby corns, Onions, Mushrooms and some Black olives. The base is made with garlic flavored all-purpose flour with oregano seasoning.

  • 500 grams All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 5 grams Active dry yeast
  • 1-1/2 cup Luke Warm Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 8 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 1-1/2 cup Mixed vegetables , sliced (onions, red-yellow and green bell peppers, baby corn, black olives and mushrooms)
  • Dried oregano , for seasoning
  • Red Chilli flakes , for seasoning

Directions for Garlic Crust Veggie Pizza Recipe

  1. To prepare the Garlic Crust Veggie Pizza Recipe, activate the yeast first. Mix yeast powder in luke warm water and leave for 15 minutes.

  2. In a big bowl, add half of all-purpose flour and combine the dough with garlic and oregano with enough water. Then add in the other half portion of flour, mix with water to make a soft dough, knead the dough for 15 – 20 minutes and make it smooth and stretchy.

  3. Add activated yeast, olive oil and kneed for 2 minutes or more, Let the dough ferment for 3-4 hours. Cover a lid and put in warm place.

  4. After 3-4 hours take raised dough out of the Bowl.

  5. Cut it into 2 equal size balls and let it rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle some flour on your working table or platform and knead this dough again for a few more minutes.

  7. Again put this dough in a bowl for second fermentation, this time put it at the warm place for an hour only.

  8. Pre-heat oven at 200 degree Celsius.

  9. Apply some oil in your palm and Take out the pizza dough from the bowl and knead it for 2-3 minutes and make a nice round shape pizza base.

  10. Transfer the pizza base to a buttered baking tray. Apply Pizza sauce on it and sprinkle loads of grated mozzarella cheese on it, place sliced Vegetables of your choice on it.

  11. Put another layer of grated mozzarella such that 1/4 th of the initial quantity is reserved for top up.

  12. Arrange veggies and black olives.

  13. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and place in the preheated Oven at 200 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.

  14. Increase the baking temperature to 220 degrees and bake further for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melt and bread is soft and done.

  15. Serve Garlic Crust Veggie Pizza along with Burnt Garlic Pasta With Mushroom for your weeknight dinner.
