How to make Garlic Dal Recipe

  1. To start the preparation of Garlic Dal, pressure cook the dal well and let it cool.

  2. Dry roast the green chillies.

  3. Blend the cooked dal, roasted green chillies, garlic, tamarind paste, salt in a mixer till the dal turns smooth.

  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let the curry leaves crackle. Add the blended dal and immediately switch off the flame.
