  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Butter (unsalted) , softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar) , light brown
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1-1/2 Cup Milk
  • Chocolate chips , semi sweet (as required)

How to make Giant Skillet Cookie Recipe

  1. To begin making the Giant Skillet Cookie recipe, preheat oven to 200 C degrees.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
