How to make Grilled Cherry Tomato Pickle Recipe
To begin making Grilled Cherry Tomato Pickle Recipe, take a bowl, add halved cherry tomatoes, some salt, one tablespoon oil, black pepper powder. Toss them to coat evenly.
Heat a grill pan and when the pan is hot enough, grill the tossed halved tomatoes on a preheated grilling pan for 20-25 minutes.
Heat a kadai and dry roast mustard seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds together till fragrant. Let it cool down and put it into the blender and coarsely grind the spices, and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Now add grilled tomatoes, salt (if required), grounded spices, chopped mint leaves, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and switch off the gas.
Once it is cooled down, store the cherry tomato pickle into the air tight container.
