To begin making the Hariyali Chicken Tikka Recipe, we will first grind the coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli to a smooth paste.
Add this ground paste along with all the spice powders and curd into a bowl. Add chicken pieces and salt to taste.
Mix well and keep it aside for about 1 hour.
Heat a grill pan, drizzle some oil, add the marinated chicken pieces and grill evenly on either side till you gets nicely charred. The chicken will take about 10 minutes to cook.
