Here is a mouthwatering Meal Plate which you can make for weekend lunch. It includes some delicious recipes such as Mughlai Aloo Lajawab, Spicy Soya Bhurji, Gujarati Methi Thepla and Carrot Raita Recipe With Peanuts. 

In today's meal plate we have a rich and luscious Mughlai Aloo Lajawab, where the potatoes are fried and then cooked in a rich cashew, tomato and cream based gravy. It makes for a perfect accompaniment with roti's or paratha's. To balance the rest of the meal, we have Soya Chunks Bhurji, which made with the protein rich soya chunks. The soya is cooked with a mildly spicy onion tomato base masala and flavoured with the chole masala.

To complete the meal, we have a delicious Carrot Peanut Raita which is prepared with the grated carrot and creamy yogurt which is flavoured with peanuts and red chilli mixture. Methi Parathas are made with the whole wheat flour and fresh seasonal fenugreek leaves. It adds the much required carbs and nutrients for the day.
