Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon Homemade Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour
  • Water , as required
  • Hoisin Tofu Mushroom Stir Fry
  • 200 grams Tofu , cubed
  • 200 grams Button mushrooms , quartered
  • 2 cloves Garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger , finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 2 sprig Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens)

  2. Then heat a flat skillet with oil, add ginger and garlic. Sauté the mushroom for few seconds till it is cooked. Then add the tofu and stir fry till it has a charred color.

  3. Mix the sauce with cornstarch and water (1 cup) and keep it ready, gradually add the mixture on to the pan and give it a stir. Keep mixing till it thickens.
