Nawabi Kofta Curry, as the name sounds, is a rich and delectable Curry in which Dry Fruits, Paneer and Potato Koftas are dunked into a creamy tomato Curry. It is made in every Rajsthani households and enjoyed in winters especially with Makki Ki Roti.

Along with these two delicious dishes, we have served Paneer Matar Pulao, a simple dish which has protein and other nutrients. The Paneer in the Pulao is slightly roasted and added to the Pulao, which gives it a rustic flavour making it more delicious. To end the meal, we have Boondi Raita and Phulka served with this meal.
