Masala Akki Roti, is a Breakfast bread that is made with Rice flour. Rice Flour is mixed with some greens and masalas, to give it that delicious flavour. It is made in all the Karnataka households for breakfast and can be made for your everyday meals too. If you are looking for a gluten free option, then you can make this Akki Roti.

Along with Akki Roti, we have Red Chilli Coconut Chutney and Peanut Chutney Podi which are a great accompaniment to this Roti. In Red Chilli Coconut Chutney, dry red chillies and coconut is grind together and a tadka is given at the end. Peanut Podi is a powder of roasted peanuts and some other everyday masalas. Add some melted ghee in the Podi before you serve it.
