To begin making the Kerala Style Chakka varattiyathu Ari Payasam Recipe, we will first boil the jackfruit.
Boil the chopped jackfruit with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Leave it on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, till the jackfruit become soft and turns pulpy.
