6. Folate is one of the B vitamins, folate is necessary for healthy growth and development of a child's cells. Lack of this vitamin can cause anemia.

7. Fiber  helps produce bowel regularity in a child.

8. Vitamins serves a variety of purposes in kids and adults.So include all kinds of foods like vegetables, fruits and nuts and dairy products, whole grains, lentils,  meats, fish and poultry.
