Methi Matar Pulao and Boondi Raita

Methi Matar Pulao is a simple quick Pulao Recipe that is packed with the goodness of Fenugreek Leaves and Peas. You can pick and wash the leaves and keep them in an airtight container in your fridge the previous night.Pack this for your Kids Lunch box with Boondi Raita for a delicious meal. 

Wednesday

Penne Pasta and Fruits

Make this delicious Creamy Cauliflower Penne Pasta with the goodness of walnuts and zucchini for a quick mid week lunch box. Walnuts are exceptionally nutritious and has more healthy Omega 3 fats than any other nuts. Previous night prep work can include boiling the penne and refrigerate it once cooled. Blanche cauliflower the previous night as well.

While packing pasta make sure that the pasta has enough sauce  as pasta tends to dry up when kept for a few hours.

Chole Amritsari and Puri

Pack this combination of Chole and Puri for your kids Lunch box.  Chickpeas are excellent vegan and gluten-free source of protein and fiber, they also contain exceptional levels of iron, vitamin B-6, and magnesium.

You can either boil chole the previous night and make fresh curry in the morning to pack in the lunch box or you can pack left over chole curry from previous dinner as well. Ajwain in puri is a great way to incorporate carrom seeds in your kids diet as they improve digestive health and helps fight common cold
