Monday

Green Peas Sandwich and Fresh Fruits.

Pack these simple to make and delicious and nutrition filled Green Peas Sandwiches with a bowl of seasonal fruit for your kids lunch box. These Peas sandwiches are easy to make and you can boil the peas and keep them stored in the fridge the previous night. Hung curd in the sandwiches is a good alternative to store bought mayo. 

Tuesday

Jaipuri aloo Pyaz Ki Sabzi with Phulka

Aloo is a kids favourite vegetable and most kids eat potatoes without a fuss. Keep Potatoes boiled in an airtight container in the fridge so you can make this sabzi in a jiffy in the mornings. Pack these with a Phulka and Boondi Raita.

Wednesday

Pudina Idli and Coconut Chutney

You can make Pudina idlis with either store bought batter or home made batter. Green Pudina chutney is mixed with the Idli batter to make idlis more flavourful. Green Chutney can be made and stored in the fridge for up to a week. Put these wonderful Pudina ildis in your kids Lunch box and introduce them to new flavour combinations.

Vegetable Pulao and Pomegranate Raita

Pack this yummy Nepalese Vegetable Pulao with Mint and Pomegranate Raita for your kids lunch to give them a healthy meal. You can add vegetables of your choice in this Pulao which can be made in a pressure cooker.

Friday

Spinach Corn Pasta and Fresh Fruit Bowl

Kids love pasta. Making pasta is easy. Some prep work that you can do the previous night is pluck and keep spinach leaves and keep them in the fridge. Also boil the pasta and store it in airtight container in the fridge. When packing pasta ensure that you pack it with extra gravy as pasta tends to dry out in time.
