- 500 grams Basa fish , cut into pieces
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 4 cloves Garlic , chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
- 2 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns , crushed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 Lemon juice
- Salt (adjust according to your taste) , to taste
- Cooking oil

To begin making the Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe, we will heat a kadai with oil. Add mustard seeds and allow it crackle for few seconds.
Add curry leaves and allow it to crackle for few seconds and add fennel seeds and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped garlic, green chilies and saute for few minutes till it softens.
Add basa fish and sprinkle turmeric powder and crushed pepper, salt and saute till they all combine.
Cook until the fish is done and serve hot.
