In today's lunch box menu we have a Mangalorean style Chickpea prepared with some homemade ground bafat powder which give the the legume a wonderful flavour. Adding chickpea to your diet is important as it will provide with good amount of Proteins and carbs required for your body to get the sufficient amount of energy that will keep you active for the afternoon. It is then accompanied with some stir fried Mangalorean style eggplant and cashewnuts which also has a good amount of vitamins and minerals.
