Lunch box meal are always the best way to pack your favourite meals that you would love to relish at your work place. Here is a Lunch box that has Mushroom Spinach and Chickpea Curry Served Along with Steamed Rice and Fresh Pomegranate

Make sure you pack Lunch boxes with maximum amount of nutrients as possible. Here in the Mushroom Spinach and Chickpea curry we have an equal balance of proteins, Iron and vitamins. The curry is simply cooked in a coconut based curry which makes it a delicious creamy curry that goes really well with steamed rice. You can also add in vegetables of your own choice.
