Bhey Vangan Saag is a delicious combination of Lotus Stem, Brinjal and Spinach which is cooked along with everyday spices. This sabzi is filled with nutrition as it has goodness of three vegetables which are very nutritious. Along with Bhey Vangan, we have packed Sindhi Tahiri which is slightly sweet in taste and a Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha.
