We have a delicious Keema Bhindi in this meal where Bhindi or Okra is added in the minced meat and is cooked along with onions, ginger and garlic. This is a very easy recipe to make and can be made for your everyday meals too. Usually Keema is made only with meal along with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, but here we have given it a twist by adding Bhindi to it which adds a crunch to this dish. You can serve it with Phulka, Tawa Paratha or Pav.

Along with the Keema Bhindi, we have packed a Punjabi Toor Dal Tadka which is very popular in the North Indian restaurants. The tadka in this Dal gives it a nice aroma and flavour. It is also high in protein and we assure you everyone in your family will love this Dal.

To complete the meal, we have paired a Jowar Atta Roti with this meal, which is very nutritious and is also good to include in your everyday meals.You can also serve a simple plain Phulka or Tawa Paratha, instead of Jowar Atta Roti.
