Here is a mouthwatering dinner meal plate with Chicken Rezala, Punjabi Dal Tadka, Dhaba Style Ghee Rice and Begun Bhaja. You can make this meal late even on your weekdays as it is simple to make and does not require much of prep work.
We have added an authentic dish from Bengal, which is a delicious chicken curry. We have used the chicken drumsticks and thighs, that is where the maximum of flavour lies in. The chicken pieces are cooked in a yogurt masala curry with whole spice like cloves, cardamom, bay leaf and dry red chillies. There are no other spice powders added other than Garam masala powder which helps to lift the flavour of the dish. Finally a garnish of saffron strands are added to increase the aroma and flavour. A subtle flavoured Chicken curry made using the Drumstick and Thighs of the chicken. The curry is then topped with saffron strands at the end to give in a nice aroma to flavour the chicken curry.
