  • 1 cup Green Moong Sprouts
  • 1 Onion , finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots (Gajjar) , grated
  • 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , a small bunch finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt , to taste
