  • 1 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Instant Oats (Oatmeal)

How to make Oats Banana And Apple Porridge Recipe For Babies And Toddlers

  1. To begin making Oats Banana And Apple Porridge Recipe, we have to first peel, core and cut the apples. 

  2. Add the cut apple pieces into a pressure cooker with a tablespoon of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. 

  3. Release the pressure immediately, open the lid and keep aside. Take the apples out and mash them with a back of a fork

  4. You can alternatively cook the apple pieces on the stove. Add the apple pieces into a pot of water (enough water to cover all the pieces). Boil the water until the apple pieces are soft. 

  5. Peel the skin of a banana, place it on a plate and mash it with the back of a fork. 

  6. In a pan, add a cup of water and the moment you see small bubbles in the water, add the instant oats (oatmeal) and stir until you get a liquidy porridge like texture. Turn off the heat

  7. Add the mashed apples and bananas to the oats porridge - mix well until you get a uniform consistency.
