  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Instant Oats (Oatmeal) , Instant
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey , adjustable
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Wheat Flakes (Cereal)
  • Fresh fruits , of preference, chopped (I have used grapes & strawberries)
