Packing a tasty and nutritious Lunch Box is very important, so that it keeps us filling and provides us the necessary nutrients required for the day. Here, we are back with an easy to make and delicious Lunch Box which you can pack for your Office. It has some delectables recipes such as Achari Paneer, Boondi Raita and Pudina Lehsun Lachha Paratha. You can also make this meal for your everyday Lunch or Dinner.

We have Achari Paneer which is a simple Onion Tomato Based Curry, which is flavoured from Achari Masala. It has Paneer, which is a great source of protein, this including it in our everyday meals is important.

In this Curry, you can make Fresh Paneer at home or you can use the store bought one. For the Achaar Masala, you can use the mango pickle as it enhances the taste of the curry. Achari Paneer is also one of those dishes which you will find in almost all the North Indian Restaurants.

You can make the tomato and onion paste beforehand and keep, so that it becomes easier for you to make this gravy in the morning. 

Along with Achari Paneer, we have served Pudina Lehsun Laccha Paratha, where a regular Lachha Paratha is flavoured with Mint and Garlic, making it even more delicious. You can keep the dough ready in the fridge to make these Parathas.

We have also packed some Boondi Raita along with this meal, but if you want you can skip the Raita and pack your favourite Salad with this meal.
