Bengali Aloo Jhinge Curry, Rice & Curd

Bengali Aloo Jhinge Curry is a simple and delicious gravy recipe which uses minimal spices and yet it is flavourful. It is easy to make and pairs well with rice. Some prep work that you can do the previous night is that you can boil the potatoes and keep them refrigerated in an airtight container. You can chop and keep the ridge gourd in an airtight container as well.

Bhindi Kadhi, Gawar Phali Methi Sabzii, & Phulka

A simple meal that you can pack for your lunch box. Bhindi added to the kadhi taste delicious and adds a nice crunch to the kadhi as well. Some prep work that you can do is wash and chop the bhindi and gawar phali and keep in airtight container in the fridge the previous night. Pick methi leaves and keep them refrigerated as well. Make the dough for the phulka and keep it in the fridge in an airtight container.

Sabsige Soppu Kootu, Carrot Poriyal & Rice

Dill leaf curry is tasty and full of nutrition. A light and simple curry to make some prep work that you can do is you can pick and keep the dill leaves and keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. Soak and keep the toor dal the previous night as well. Grate the coconut and keep it refrigerated in an airtight container. You can even chop the carrot for the carrot poriyal and keep it refrigerated.

Gobi Musallam, Phulka & Raita

The Gobi Musallam Recipe is a delicious and simple preparation of  cauliflower. To make this curry easily in the mornings steam and keep the gobi in an airtight container in the fridge. Make the phulka dough as well and keep it refrigerated in an airtight container.
