This week's lunch box meal has a yummy filled Zunka tossed with some High Protien Broccoli and Vegetables.It is then stuffed inside some crispy layered whole wheat paratha. Zunka is mainly from Maharashtra which is basically besan flour scramble with some Indian Spices. But we have added few vegetables to make it more healthy. I have smeared the parathas with sweet lime pickle and also packed some curd rice or plain yogurt in another box. The yogurt helps to satisfy the dryness from the parathas, as well as helps in digestion. We have added a Garlic based yogurt just to add in some extra Kick to your meal.
