This week's lunch box creation consist of Kashmiri Style Paneer Masala Recipe which is made with roasted baby potatoes simmered in a spicy yogurt based gravy,Kashmir Style Bom Chount - Wangan Recipe (Spicy Apple Brinjal Curry)which is a dry gravy made with a blend of apple and brinjal tossed in a spicy and fennel gravy. It is then completed withKashmiri Style Modur Pulao With Pomegranate Recipe, an authentic rice pulao tossed with dry fruit and pomegranates. You can add some chopped or sliced vegetables for the extra crunch as well.
