Here's a delicious Portion Control Meal Plate which includes Methi Pakoda Kadhi, Dhaba Style Green Moong Dal Tadka, Achari Aloo Gobi, Carrot, Radish & Peanut Salad with Lemon, Phulka and Curd. 

Methi Pakoda Kadhi is a delicious Kadhi where Methi Pakoras is dipped in the kadhi. Methi leaves are great to control bowel problems and cholesterol. They also contain anti- diabetic elements that helps in preventing and controlling Type 2 Diabetics. In this kadhi, we also have pan fried the pakoras instead of deep frying it using a paniyaram pan. 

Dhaba Style Green Moong Dal Tadka, this dal has everything - taste, flavour and required nutrition. This dal gives you the protein you require for the day. With the taste of Dhaba food, this Dal will be liked by everyone in your family. Along with this we have served Aloo Gobhi Sabzi, Salad, Curd and Phulka. 

Tips For Portion Control: If you prefer rice, you can remove the phulka and add a small amount of rice to eat with kadhi and dal. You can also omit the phulka and rice and increase the proportion of your dal and salad. Lastly, Eat slowly and mindfully.
