Horse gram also according to ayurveda is considered very good for cold and for your body. Sprouting horsegram increases the availability of iron and calcium in horsegram and increasing its nutritive value. We have included a sprouted horse gram thoran which is really healthy and can be had as a side or snacked on anytime of the day.
