This meal plate has parwal which according to ayurveda is exceptional for harmonizing Kapha. It helps in the purification of blood tissue, in enhancing digestion, and also in the stimulation of the liver. Pointed gourd is low in cholesterol and also fats.

Horse gram also according to ayurveda is considered very good for cold and for your body. Sprouting horsegram increases the availability of iron and calcium in horsegram and increasing its nutritive value. We have included a sprouted horse gram thoran which is really healthy and can be had as a side or snacked on anytime of the day.

Served with Ragi roti and cucumbers to complete the meal, this meal will keep you full for a long time with less calorie intake.
