    2 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt), (fat-free)
    1/4 cup Blueberries
    1 Ripe Bananas
    1 tablespoon Honey

Note: Instead of blueberry, you can use strawberry or raspberry to prepare the smoothie. If you are using dried berries, soak them in warm water to soften for 20 minutes before blending.
