Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe is a refreshing recipe that uses seasonal mangoes to make this lip smacking recipe. 

When fresh Alphonso mangoes are in season, there are simply multiple ways one can enjoy them.Chopped up mangoes, tossed in olive oil, cumin, chilies and onions and with a little bit of zing from the lemon a a great way to relish mangoes.

Serve the Mango Salsa along with Homemade Nachos and another dip Spicy Mexican Salsa as your party starter.

    2 Mango (Ripe), peeled and diced
    1/2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
    1 Onion, finely chopped
    1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
    1 pinch Salt
    1 teaspoon Lemon juice
    2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped
