This is a wonderful snack made from wheat dough which is shaped like butter curls or worms and then fried. Once it is cooled down it is then coated with honey.

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
    1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
    2 tablespoon Caster Sugar
    2 tablespoons Oil
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1 Whole Egg
    1/2 cup Coconut milk
    Oil, for deep frying

    Heat a kadai with enough oil to fry these curls, once it is heated, add the curls by batches and fry them till it is brown.
