Ingredients

    1 cup Black Eyed Beans (Lobia), soaked
    1 Onion, finely chopped
    3 Cloves (Laung), garlic
    2 Celery, stalks, finely chopped
    1/4 cup Homemade tomato puree
    1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns, coarsely pounded
    2 sprig Fresh Thyme leaves
    1 teaspoon Dried oregano
    Salt, to taste
