To begin making the Green Chilli Vegetable recipe, take green chillies and cut into small pieces.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds starts to crackle, add green chillies.
Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, fennel powder, coriander powder. Mix it well and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
