2-3 tablespoons Sour cream

Corn flour tortilla, as needed

1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Salt, to taste

1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns, crushed as needed

1 Onion, cut into rings

2 teaspoons Sugar

1 pinch Salt

In a small mixing bowl, add vinegar, sugar, salt and the sliced onion rings, cover and keep aside. Let it marinate for an hour before topping on the soup.
