To begin making the Kerala Style Pazham Pori Recipe (Banana Fry), slice each banana into lengthwise pieces of about 1 to 1-1/2 inches.
In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, coconut and salt to make a smooth thick batter. Add additional flour if you feel the batter is thin.
