To begin making the Bhel Puri Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready.
Prepare the Green Chutney, Date Tamarind Chutney and keep them aside.
Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel and cut the potatoes and keep them aside.
You can pre make all the ingredients, keep them ready and stir them together when you are ready to serve the Bhel Puri.
When you are ready to serve the Bhel Puri, in a large mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients first that includes Puffed Rice, Papadi Puri, Anardana Powder, Roasted Peanuts, Chaat Masala Powder and Salt. Give it a mix.
Now add all the chopped vegetables that includes Onion, Tomato, Green Chillies, Cucumber, Potato, Raw Mango and Coriander Leaves, Mix everything well.
In the end, add Imli Chutney and Green Chutney and give it a final mix. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and sev.
