    1 cup Napa Cabbage, cut into thin stripes
    2 Carrot (Gajjar), cut into juliennes
    1 Cucumber, core removed and cut into juliennes
    1 teaspoon Sunflower seeds
    2 teaspoons Cranberries, dried
    1 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
    1 tablespoon Honey
    Salt, to taste
